Our Policies

Summit Adventure Systems has the following policies to ensure a smooth booking process and safe operation of our equipment for your event.

All units require a 50% non-refundable, but transferable deposit. The full balance is due upon arrival at the event unless other arrangements have been made.
In the event of inclement weather or other circumstances outside of the control of the event organizer, Summit Adventure Systems will offer the transfer of the deposit to a new, mutually agreed upon event date.
All equipment rentals come with a minimum of $2,000,000 general liability and additional insurance included. Insurance certificates are available upon request.
